a. The methods of payment accepted are:

To minimise the risk of non-authorised access, your credit card details will be coded. By clicking on «Authorise Payment» you are confirming that the credit card, the gift card or the voucher is yours. Credit cards will be subject to validation checks and authorisation by your card issuer but if your card issuer fails to authorise said payment, SESDERMA will not take any responsibility for delays or faulty deliveries which have not been formalised.

Without prejudice to the previous paragraph, payment through bank transfer is also accepted.

b. Why can my credit card be rejected?

Your card can be rejected because of one the following reasons:

  • The card may have expired. Check the expiration date on your card.

  • You may have reached your payment limit. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the maximum authorised amount.

  • Some details may be incorrect. Check that you have filled in correctly all the necessary fields.

c. Security During the Payment Process

At Sederma, security in online shopping is essential. All transactions are carried out through secure payment methods and the confidential payment details are sent directly and through an encrypted connection (SSL) to the bank. For payments with Visa and MasterCard only SEC transactions (Secure Electronic Commerce) will be accepted. After checking that the card is connected to the SEC system, the system will contact the issuing bank so that the client can authorise the payment. Once the bank confirms authentication, the card will be charged. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.

d. Purchase Limit

For safety reasons, the purchase limit is 1.000 EUR and a maximum of 20 articles.
