Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns/exchanges on Sesderma skincare orders within 30 days from its reception when products are purchased from www.sesderma.com or our 1-800 796 0996 Customer Service only. If the purchase was made from a different website or retail store, please return items to the original location.


Please, note that Sesderma stands behind its products with a 100% quality warranty assurance. Unauthorized sellers cannot offer Sesderma unconditional warranty. Sesderma's products marketed to sale in the North American region are made in compliance with the US FDA, Health Canada, and Cofepris Mexico. Sesderma products from Portugal, India, and other European countries may violate several U.S., Canada, and Mexico regulations.

Returns / Exchanges

In order for us to process your returned item(s) from Sesderma.com, please send an email to contact@sesderma.com or call us at 1 800 796 0996, and we will give you the directions to carry out the returns/exchanges.


Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.


If you received a defective item or an item that does not match your purchase, we would automatically ship a completely new item, and we will pay for the shipping and return costs as soon as we verify the condition of the products.


We will refund any money received from you using the same method used to make payment in a period of between 3 and 15 working days from the date when your return arrived at our warehouse.


We will process the return as soon as we receive the merchandise, but it may take up to 30 business days for the credit to appear on your account.


Return Conditions


Upon returning, it is important for you to know that:


We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return requests or refunds at any time based on policy or program abuse.


  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after 30 days.
  • The returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
  • In the event that the order qualified for a gift with purchase, please include the ENTIRE gift with the purchase along with the returned item(s); otherwise, gift items will be charged according to retail price list upon refund.
  • As soon as we receive your parcel, we will verify the state of the articles, and we will issue a refund for the returned items.
